Feline Rescue And No Kill (FRANK)

We are a 501c3 non-profit, all-volunteer, no-kill cat rescue operated by a diligent foster network dedicated to finding loving forever homes for the abandoned, abused, neglected, and surrendered cats of Eastern Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. 

We partner in the Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) program for feral cats, and strive to educate, encourage, and assist our community in proper pet parenting and the humane treatment of animals. Each FRANK cat or kitten is provided superb veterinary care and will be spayed/neutered, dewormed, vaccinated, and flea treated. We also offer hospice to special needs and elderly cats, caring for them until end of life. 

Our adoptable cats and kittens are showcased at PetSmart in Kingsport, TN.  Our screening process consists of the completion of an adoption application and contract and a small adoption fee. 

We ask that any of our cats or kittens be returned to FRANK if the animal should again require rehoming after adoption.
