Why Adopt from FRANK?
Healthy, vetted cats: Every cat is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and dewormed before adoption.
Support for special-needs cats: We provide extra care for cats with medical needs, ensuring their adopters are equipped to give them a happy life.
A smooth adoption process: Complete an adoption application and contract, along with a small adoption fee. If for any reason you need to rehome the cat, FRANK will gladly take them back to ensure their well-being.

Join us for a Pop-Up Adoption Event at PetSmart Kingsport!
Come meet our adorable, adoptable cats and kittens on January 26th from 2 PM to 5 PM. This is the perfect opportunity to find your new furry companion and learn more about the adoption process. Our volunteers will be available to answer questions and help you meet the cats ready for their forever homes.
Location: PetSmart Kingsport
Time: 2 PM – 5 PM
